Occupational Therapy for children

At Better Me Therapy, we provide individualised therapy to help children (aged 3 - 12 years old) develop life skills, reach their potential and become the best version of themselves.

We offer a warm, play-based therapy environment that helps children feel safe, motivated, and engaged—making progress feel like play. Our holistic approach supports each child’s development across sensory, motor, emotional, social, and life skills. By working closely with families and educators, we ensure consistent, meaningful support across all settings.
